Role: Product Manager - Finance & Sales
Location: Fremont Area, CA
The Product Manager manages and oversees the development and performance of e-commerce, payment and point-of-sales products or services. Their role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, finance, and sales, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.
Responsibilities :
As a member of this team, you will enable digital experience for retail commerce and finance operations by automation and self-service experience online and in-store.
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the company's payment, POS and e-commerce offerings.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
Understand user needs and define product features to deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Use agile principles to write user stories and plan and drive the software development of features.
Use various tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and considers future growth scenarios.
Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our internal operations and users while improving customer experience.
You will also work on new technologies, platforms, consumer-facing products, and enterprise systems.
Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams.
Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.
Define and enhance KPIs with analytics and stakeholder teams that educate business decision-making.
Troubleshoot to resolve product issues and operational pain points.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or business-related field
8+ years of Product Management experience
4+ years of experience in IT product management in the payment, point of sales, and e-commerce field
