Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Building strong relationships with Business, Delivery Team based on trust/confidence.
Planning and Conducting Discovery Phase workshops with all levels of the organization.
Eliciting requirements, conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting requirements in US format (JIRA).
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and coming up with solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing detailed requirements analysis by identifying all possible use cases and impacts.
Documenting and communicating the requirements and results from analysis of requirements.
Effectively communicating requirements, insights and analysis results to cross-functional team members and management.
Building mock-ups/wire frames to illustrate and communicate the system interactions.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful outputs.
Working closely with SMEs, Business Users, Delivery Team (Development, QA and Delivery Manager), and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Conducting cost/benefit analysis to evaluate the ROI.
Facilitate focus sessions, showcase sessions and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
Assist Business PMO team in building training material.
