Process Engineer

Job Description

LHH is seeking a Process Engineer for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a precision machining client located in Indianapolis, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization that specializes in highly engineered, custom-built products and operates in a low-volume, high-mix environment. In this role, you will serve as the process expert responsible for developing production strategies, selecting manufacturing methods, and partnering with engineering and operations teams to ensure complex components are produced efficiently, accurately, and profitably.
