Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and operation of new and modified processes and equipment.
Assist with employee training, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to support reliable operations.

Ensure procedures meet applicable company, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support for operational and environmental initiatives.
Promote a safe and efficient work environment through continuous improvement.

Requirements:

BS in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required
5-10 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in a food grade environment with high speed packaging equipment
At least 3 years of Aseptic experience
No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 based on experience level
