POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for managing the IT Helpdesk and Administration for the YOHTA Organization across locations.
Will be the point of contact for:
Setup and Maintenance of Desktops, laptops, all EUCD devices (including Video Conference solutions, Projectors, plotters, printers etc.) including new initiatives and Support during US business hours.
Vendor Management (including onboarding, payments, SLA adherence etc.)
Service desk management
Principal Accountabilities:
Set up and maintain Desktops / Laptops, Workstations / Mobile Workstations, Cell phones, Printers, Scanners, etc
IT Asset Inventory Management (hardware and software)
Service Desk Management
Data Backup Management of EUCD devices / centralized servers
LAN (Wired and Wireless) / WAN Management
Telecommunications Management
Warehouse Management System (WMS) infrastructure including maintenance of Hand Held Terminals, software installations etc.
Installation and set-up of new offices/locations
Removal of infrastructure of office moves/closings/locations
Support all levels of staff within the company
Manage enterprise network, telecom, outsourced vendors, and systems infrastructure, including identification and implementation of opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
Lead internal Help Desk staff and services.
Running regular checks on network and data security.
Review and approve system/application security and infrastructure documents for compliance with security standards, best practices, and strategic objectives.
Conducting regular system and security audits.
Understand business drivers, needs, and strategies to anticipate future business / technological needs.
Experience/Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years experience working in IT Operations
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Strong communication skills and response time
