Take initiative to coach and grow other designers, leading discussions on UX/UI.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

8+ years of experience

An online portfolio showcasing past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.

Mastery of UX principles, interface design, interactive technologies, and user-centered design methods and best practices.

Mastery with user research, usability testing, and synthesizing results.

Success in developing innovative solutions to complex user problems, processes, standards, and strategic plans related to user experience design.

Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to non-design partners and peers.

Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, leading collaborative design sessions and decision-making across the organization.

Strong business and technical understanding, quickly adapting to new businesses and emerging technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects, consistently delivering on time.

Excellent understanding of the web design and development process, including agile/lean/XP methodologies.

Ability to work with highly technical teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Experience in the mortgage, appraisal, collateral industry is a huge plus.
