UCaaS Implementation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Implementation department works closely with sales, agents/vendors, engineering, and other personnel to gather the appropriate information needed to provision an order. The UCaaS Implementation Specialist reports to the Sales Operations Manager, under the Director of Sales & Marketing.
JOB ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes but not limited to the following:
Assumes all communication with customers during onboarding process
Ability to recommend and consultant customers on communication configuration based on their business operations and pain points.
Coordinates all required conference calls with customer to review project status and set proper expectations with milestone reports.
Coordinates and assists with the design and configuration of the nCloud Hosted PBX Tenant based on the customers’ requirements.
Review accuracy of orders and provide customer with full understanding of features and capabilities during design and configuration process.
Prepares, completes, and presents all customer design and configuration information to Voice Engineering for Hosted PBX service installation and implementation.
Coordinates all required Site Surveys, Installation, and Training dates (if applicable).
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Knowledge of basic formulas and formatting
The ability to quickly learn software systems
Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
Prior experience in the telecom industry, Hosted PBX project management preferred
The ability to think creatively, work in a team atmosphere and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of call center application and design configuration
