About the team + role

Come define how AI changes the way people invest with Robinhood as the Product Lead for AI Investing Products. We believe AI is the next key to further unlock our mission of democratizing finance for all and are looking for an experienced PM to spearhead our AI in Investing initiative to define how we leverage AI to change how customers invest. You'll lead a team dedicated to creating cutting-edge AI-driven investment products and transforming for the future of finance - as Robinhood has done before. You'll define the company strategy for leveraging AI in investing & drive launching new products working closely with a passionate group of data scientists, engineers, designers and our leadership team. Your leadership will be instrumental in launching innovative features and platforms that empower our users to make smarter investment decisions through advanced AI technology.

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Menlo Park, CA, but are open to candidates in New York, NY.

What you'll do

Develop strategy, vision & roadmap of how AI can transform how customers invest.

Work with your x-functional partners to define and deliver transformative AI experiences.

Partner with other teams at Robinhood and Investing Products as the product owner for AI Investing to help them leverage AI in a thoughtful way.

Foster a culture of ambition, learning and iteration through experimentation and thinking big.

What you bring

6+ years experience building and shipping high-quality, consumer product experiences

Experience defining and building AI products. Bonus points for fintech and/or consumer products experiences.

Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills. Expertly distills technical details into plain English for broader consumption.

Experience with using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.

Bonus points for driving fintech and/or consumer product experiences.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$166,000-$195,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$146,000-$172,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$129,000-$152,000 USD
