Job Description Job Description Description: Trades Holding Company, LLC is looking to hire a Technical Support Specialist for our Columbus or Cleveland, OH office.
The Technical Support Specialist will be working with the VP of IT to maintain and deploy computer systems and provide hardware and software support to staff.
Responsibilities
· Provide hardware and software support for office staff and remote sales teams
· Install and maintain computer hardware, networks, and software
· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues over the phone, remote desktop, and in-person
· Support users in the use of equipment and software by providing necessary training/advice
· Maintain documentation of IT assets
· Support users in the use of equipment and software by providing necessary training/advice

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· On call
· Weekends as needed

Requirements: Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting Windows systems
· Experience with Microsoft 365 or Exchange
· Experience with Microsoft Office apps like Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
· Proficient with iOS and Android
· Solid understanding of computer networking
· Ability to think critically and solve technical issues independently
*Must have at least 2 years experience as in Technical Support
Bonus Experience
· Experience with VOIP phone systems
· Experience working with mobile device management systems
Qualifications
· Associate degree, or equivalent experience
Other
· Be able to work at one of our offices in Independence Ohio or Blacklick Ohio
· Occasional travel to other offices in the Midwest
