Our product is a compelling, contemporary, alternative way to send flowers and yes they are beautiful.

????The Opportunity
You will scale a critical capability for the company’s growth. You will drive the success and effectiveness of our performance marketing online media properties and beyond. You’ll need to deeply understand customer personas, creative that resonates with them as well as every metric that drives campaign performance. This role will build the system to position our products, grow our funnels, launch campaigns, and analyze our KPIs so we can scale our reach and be efficient with customer acquisition costs. The opportunity is a blend of strategy and execution. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who leans into action, and is high impact.
What you will be doing
You will manage a significant marketing budget to efficiently achieve customer acquisition goals across a diversified mix of inbound channels: Collaborate and partner with digital media agencies to optimize and expand customer acquisition strategy across all paid digital channels, primarily META and Google but also engaging with Tiktok, Pinterest and others. Leverage extensive first and third-party data to maximize campaign profitability by analyzing dimensions such as lifetime customer value, lead quality, product mix, location, age, and device. Serve as the subject matter expert for performance marketing, including keeping a pulse on industry trends, creative and value propositions, new targeting opportunities, and data hygiene. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan and execute a continuous test & learn approach to optimize existing channels and break into new ones. Continuously optimize media through close analysis of dayparting, seasonality, geographical exposure, frequency, cost and more to drive strategic decision-making

What you will bring
7+ years of growth marketing experience with at least 3 years spent running sizable performance marketing campaigns (preferably in B2C, SEO, organic)
Can effectively deliver world-class creative that resonates with an audience while having a command of every key metric to drive business performance
Know the entire performance marketing landscape, and have a perspective on how to build campaigns in today’s changing landscape – this includes knowledge of the tools to use, running effective campaigns, the metrics to measure, and the proper attribution methodologies
Strong analytical skills, data-focused, and goes deep to ensure quality data decision-making
Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that leverage inbound and outbound tactics
You will partner cross-functionally with Finance and Marketing teams to drive campaign success
Can roll up your sleeves and run any campaign yourself
Flexible and agile to handle the competing priorities of a fast growing company
