If you're a LVN looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time LVN to join our Woodlands TX office. The schedule is Monday through Friday day hours.
How You'll Contribute:
Assist with the education and orientation of fertility patients to Shady Grove Fertility's services
Generate and maintain patient prescreening and testing checklists in conjunction with clinical protocols
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
Assist the nursing team with a variety of administrative functions such as obtaining pre-authorizations, answering telephone calls, creating and sending patient packets & other correspondence, and maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information
Support and promote excellence in customer service
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information
What You'll Bring:
The skills and education we need are:
Completion of LVN program
1 year work experience as an LVN required.
Experience working with electronic medical records a must
High level of customer service essential
Must be a self-starter
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Women’s Health experience a plus
