The Job You Will Perform:
Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Applies advanced skills.
Perform daily financial activities of the plant.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports.
Verifies and processes employee hours in payroll system, ensures accuracy and timely submittals.
Assist in other accounting duties such as (but not limited to) validating account activity, inventory counts, and records retention.
Administer daily financial activities as assigned within the plant. Acts as liaison between sales, shipping, customer service, scheduling, and production to ensure financial integrity of the plant.

Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of experience
