Requirement Detail Description:

The Finance Coordinator will primarily support the SVP of finance along with the Studio Finance department and other Fox department leads as needed. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is also required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in working through complex tasks and projects quickly and efficiently on their own, possess a keen sense of urgency and situational awareness, and be able to work independently.

JOB DUTIES

• Provide administrative support to the SVP of Finance; includes managing calendar appointments, answering phone, preparing travel and expense reports, and coordinating department activities.

• Provide certain support to the Finance Department: includes scheduling recurring finance meetings and reserving related conference rooms and/or Zoom links, distributing department mail and ordering supplies.

• Travel Administration for various Studio Lot and Corporate departments. Includes setting up and maintaining travel profiles.

• Manage the departments travel-purchasing Amex card. Includes reconciling airline travel charges and processes bill in Coupa for payment in a timely manner.

• Provide support for Accounts Receivable; includes gathering new customer information, credit reports and other support for approval of new customer by Finance Director. Also is the backup to setting up new customers in Workday and process customer checks for bank deposits as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Prior experience supporting a senior level executive, including managing a busy calendar that may change rapidly and frequently.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with various levels of internal colleagues and external customers and vendors.

• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.

• Must have good computer skills including strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Zoom. Knowledge of Workday, Coupa and Slack a plus.

• Must be able to adapt to changing situations with minimal notice and guidance.
