Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing EdTech startup. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution and delivery of our technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and execution.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely updates and transparency throughout the project.

Project Management Skills: Proven track record in successfully managing complex technical projects, delivering results on time and within budget.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through challenges and find creative solutions.
