Basic qualifications * Bachelor"s or Associates Degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience. * Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with common bash commands, scripting basics, and the ability to efficiently perform tasks within a command-line interface. * Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting software-based issues that may point to a gap in hardware, and determining root cause. * Proficiency in navigating and manipulating files using command-line interfaces is required * On-call experience responsible for promptly addressing and resolving urgent technical issues * Ability to create work instructions to document solutions to novel issues. * Ability to escalate concerns to partner teams/management. * Insist on the highest standards from self and others. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
