Overview:
The Cost and Pricing Manager role at ABA ROLI is a pivotal position responsible for devising and implementing pricing strategies for new acquisitions and business development ventures. This position, reporting to the Director of Business Development, requires a seasoned professional with a background in international development and a keen understanding of donor requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Cost Proposals:
Develop cost proposals in compliance with donor guidelines and ABA ROLI policies.
Review solicitations, create cost matrixes, and provide guidance on partner budgets.
Ensure quality and compliance through thorough review processes.
2. Revise New Business Cost and Pricing Tools and Processes:
Enhance budget preparation tools and templates to support ABA ROLI’s business development goals.
Collaborate with finance and program teams to establish review processes and pricing strategies.
Develop and deliver trainings on cost and pricing strategies and tools.
3. Manage Staff and Performance:
Oversee staff performance evaluations, timekeeping, and recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated skills in developing proposal budgets and managing program budgets.
Familiarity with USAID, US Department of State rules and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
