Job Description Job Description Description: The Position :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on both declarative and imperative programming. The candidate should also possess a deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps, preferably with expertise in tools such as Copado. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysis, design, and implementation activities, ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce to meet our business needs.
The Day-To-Day:
1. Salesforce Development Experience
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Utilize expertise in both declarative and imperative programming to design and implement efficient solutions
2. Salesforce DevOps
Leverage experience with Salesforce DevOps, with a preference for proficiency in Copado
Participate in continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for Salesforce applications
3. Analysis & Design
Participate actively in analysis and design activities to ensure the alignment of Salesforce solutions with business requirements
Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required
4. Leadership & Mentoring
Lead and mentor Salesforce admins and developers to enhance their skills and ensure best practices
Provide guidance and support in troubleshooting and problem-solving
5. Project Management
Analyze high-level project needs, draft solutions, prepare roadmaps, and list use cases
Assist in preparing project estimates and timelines
6. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Lead technical requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs
Oversee and approve the creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing, or programming efforts
7. Integration Management
Manage integration efforts to ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and other systems
Develop custom Salesforce integrations as required
8. Salesforce Best Practices
Stay current with Salesforce.com best practices and recommend improvements based on evolving technologies and industry trends
9. Administrative Functions
Assist in basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Salesforce Developer Certification or Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desirable
Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
