Good understanding of commercial management.
Good analytical & problem solving skills.
Methodical approach to tasks undertaken.

A Site Manager Should Also... Knowledge, Skills & Experience A Site Manager / Agent would be expected to hold or be working towards the following:
Qualifications in HNC/ONC/Degree level
Extensive Knowledge of Construction Processes and Procedures.
Extensive Knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements.
