Job Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Data Entry and Site Coordinator for a construction site in Queens, NY. This role, requiring about 20 hours per week, involves data entry, document preparation, issuing RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) badges, and conducting drug tests.
Responsibilities:
Entering various data using current technology.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
Creating and distributing worker RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) badges.
Reviewing and updating data in systems.
Addressing data discrepancies.
Reporting data-related issues to supervisors.
Conducting drug testing for project workforce.
If main On-Site Representative is out, you will be required to cover for the whole 8-hour shift
Qualifications:
Experience in data entry or related fields.
Excellent typing skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Must Speak Spanish.
This position offers a pay of $16 per hour. It is a unique opportunity to enhance safety and efficiency on construction sites.
