What you'll be doing:
SKILLS:
i. UX Design and Research
ii. Requirements Development
iii. Leading Design Workshops
iv. Engaging field stakeholders to derive pain points
v. Data Analysis
SCOPE:
i. Facilitate workshops with product owners (field roles) to gather pain points and wish list items
ii. Consolidate the feedback and include Voice of the Field (VOF) supplemental information
iii. Develop personas and journey maps based upon the feedback
iv. Work with Deal Mgmt @ scale team to translate the pain points and wish list items into elaboration backlog (i.e. user scenarios, requirements, process)
v. Work with product owners to prioritize features
vi. Develop conceptual wireframes as needed
Requirements:
5 8 years of Program Management experience
Must have demonstrated experience as a project manager of a large and complex project
Must have demonstrated experience managing workstreams from initiation through deployment of a program and including the formal planning, tracking, and status reporting of program performance
Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires competency in customer focus, executive management, and best practices in business management consulting
Demonstrated experience managing and implementing small to medium programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines while producing quality work
