The Role:

As a Senior Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company through strategic analysis, market research, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion, develop actionable insights, execute plans, and create compelling sales presentations to communicate our value proposition effectively. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth. Analyze market data, customer insights, and industry reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and refine GTM strategies and objectives. Translate market insights into actionable plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage.

Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Assess market demand, feasibility, and financial implications to prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential impact.

Demand Planning: Forecast customer demand as part of S&OP process to help support production decisions and predict sales trends

Trade Spend Management: Work in partnership with commercial leadership to set trade plans and reconcile spend to ensure in-line with budgets.

Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and pitches for potential clients, partners, and investors. Tailor messaging and content to effectively communicate the company's value proposition, differentiation, and competitive advantages.

Business Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of business development initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer acquisition tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

3+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Proven track record of driving business results and executing successful business development initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
