Summary
Assists in development, maintenance, and implementation of BHSG Professional Fee Schedule(s). Negotiates and prepares facility and ancillary contract documents as assigned and maintains BHSG facility and ancillary contract templates, including messengering to BHSG providers. Assists with operational administration of credentialing and recredentialing verification documentation for BHSG facility and ancillary providers. Executes daily tasks, based on implemented policies/procedures, to assure compliance with BHSG network standards and/or other accrediting and regulatory bodies. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Must have good working knowledge of MicroSoft Office. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Assists with the development of BHSG Professional Fee Schedules.
+ Negotiates and prepares facility and ancillary contract documents as assigned and maintains BHSG facility and ancillary contract templates, including messengering to BHSG providers.
+ Assists with operational administration of credentialing and recredentialing verification documentation for BHSG facility and ancillary providers.
+ Reports facility and ancillary additions, revisons, and deletions to appropriate BHSG departments.
+ Maintains current knowledge of needs for network development and appropriate mix of providers with proper geographic dispersion.
+ Completes assigned goals.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Minimum: Bachelor's degree
Experience
Preferred: 3 years of managed care or equivalent related experience.
Minimum: 2 years of managed care or equivalent related experience.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Preferred: DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)
