You qualify for this position if you:
Have 3 - 10 years of previous "Purchasing" experience within the Construction industry.
Use computer software tools to assist with quantity "take-off" material surveys.
Have developed a database of Subcontractor's that you enjoy doing business with.
Enjoy drafting the Work/Management Plan and critical path schedule or a project.
Enjoy finding better, less cost, and more efficient solutions towards delivering Owner's intentions.
