About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Growth to spearhead the expansion and acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on growth marketing. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing targeted member acquisition strategies, optimizing acquisition funnels, and driving product and market expansion. Prior experience in early-stage startups and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the growth process are highly valued.
