Entry-Level Assembler

Flowly Solutions is hiring! We are looking for motivated Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team. No prior manufacturing experience? No problem! If you enjoy active, hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and want a dependable job with on-the-job training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Put together basic parts and components following clear, step-by-step visual instructions.
• Use simple hand tools and standard light equipment to complete daily product builds.
• Perform quick visual checks on items to ensure quality standards are met before passing them along.
• Collaborate with team members to keep assembly lines moving and meet daily shift targets.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work area throughout the day.
• Assist with light packing or sorting duties whenever extra help is needed on the floor.

Qualifications:

• No previous assembly experience required.
• Ability to follow straightforward visual guides and basic safety instructions.
• Solid hand-eye coordination and comfort working with your hands.
• Positive attitude, strong reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable transportation to ensure prompt daily attendance.
• Physical capability to stand during shift hours and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Weekends off)
• Overtime opportunities available based on operational needs
