This role is an excellent way to spread your UX wings and make this bespoke agency’s experience design process your own. As User Experience Design Lead, you’ll have support and collaboration from teams across the agency who are excited to welcome a big-idea person to their organization. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative vision and strategic thinking—carefully synthesizing content, insights and research to define unique experiences that solve problems and draw users in.
As a valued leader of UX, you will evangelize the process as you achieve superior results, analyzing everything from copy to concepts. While you’ll have plenty of support within the agency, this is definitely a role for someone who still gets a charge out of working hands-on-keyboard.

You’re a stellar UXer with at least six years of agency experience, working with clients from the worlds of tech, financial services, and higher-education—preferably focused on B2B. Nothing thrills you more than seeding an idea and nurturing it through to harvest.
Your portfolio is packed with case studies that exhibit your conceptual thinking skills, thought leadership, and ability to solve complex problems, such as simplifying user flows, reducing friction, and increasing user loyalty. It’s not enough to be pretty—function and KPIs rule your work
You have led UX design on major site overhauls and are capable of seeing user experience through multiple lenses, audiences, access points and devices. You’re a holistic thinker, constantly innovating on how to apply the user experience beyond digital interfaces to brand experiences, decision-making, fundraising, and beyond.
You bring clarity to the work, collaboration to the partnership, and enthusiasm to the practice. You obsess over details and thrive on cross-functional collaboration, and your approach to design is customer-centric, KPI-focused, data-driven, and Agile.
