**Title: Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant/Architect**

**Location: Remote**

**Duration: Full Time**

**Position Description:**

This senior level consultant position is primarily to serve as an SAP/Korber WMS Functional expert on a business process team. The role involves leading a technical team supporting WMS development and SAP integration, with strong interactions with senior leadership and executives. This role is a bridge between the client, technical, and creative teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.

Perform and support unit and integration testing efforts

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP/ Korber WMS functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

Facilitate solution workshops with business managers and end-users to determine the functional requirements

Work with the business unit to develop business requirements, business architectural models, and use-case scenario specifications

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, building or enhancing the overall solution, testing, and deploying quality work products for various business units

Gather requirements from the customers and providing design and solution in the supply chain logistics distribution area

Analyze existing system and identify the gaps/ areas to improve and recommend solutions using various tools

Perform integration testing after the development are done for both the 3PL interface and MuleSoft / EDI

Perform business analysis and technical implementation with testing, production, and go-live aspects, along with various other duties

Train warehouse users

Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience

SAP/ Korber WMS experience

Backend SAP integration knowledge
