AMN is a tech-centric total talent solution company seeking a highly skilled and expert Lead Mobile Architect to join AMN Squad with varied strengths and play a pivotal role in crafting the architecture of our mobile applications for their SaaS-based environment. As a Lead Mobile Architect, you will drive our mobile software solutions' technical vision, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:

Define and own the mobile application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the development team in implementing architectural standard methodologies.

Mobile Strategy:

Collaborate with collaborators to understand business requirements and translate them into effective mobile solutions.

Develop and communicate a clear mobile technology strategy aligned with company goals.

Technical Design:

Design and document high-level and detailed technical specifications for any mobile applications.

Ensure consistency with coding standards, design patterns, and best and most effective practices.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with multi-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications into the overall ecosystem.

Mentor and coach junior developers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Innovation:

Stay on top of industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in mobile application development.

Introduce innovative solutions to improve our mobile applications' functionality, user experience, and performance.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with QA teams to establish and implement quality assurance processes for mobile applications.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Key Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

Proven experience as a Software Architect focusing on mobile applications using Microsoft tech stacks.

Expertise in mobile application development frameworks and technologies such as Xamarin, .Net MAUI, iOS, Android, and React Native in Azure cloud environment.

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with mobile applications.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$153,500 - $182,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
