Human Resources HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You'll handle administrative tasks, assist employees, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring teams to post compliant job openings and screen resumes.
Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
Assist with payroll processing, time tracking, and leave management.
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain personnel files, track certifications, and update employee records.
Prepare reports related to workforce metrics and trends.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Monitor employee performance evaluations and track training completion.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, diversity initiatives, and wellness programs.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in HR software (Gusto, Connecteam, Workstream, etc.) and Google Workspace.
Fluency in both Korean and English (Highly preferred).
Previous experience is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
