Your Next Great Adventure:
As the Land Manager, you will acquire undeveloped land or finished lots for our homebuilding division. You will establish relationships with property owners, brokers, land developers, city officials, and others to secure future land positions.
Qualifications
Success is Built On:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, land development, management, or financial industry preferred.
Ability to maintain relationships with land developers, brokers, and landowners.
Analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunity.
Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers.
Inspect work and approve invoices, pay applications, and change orders.
Coordinate with city, county, and municipal partners to resolve project issues.
Handle timely fiscal reporting for budgets and invoicing.
