We are seeking an accomplished Inside Sales Representative responsible for the inside sales and support of client products within the assigned region. What you'll tackle in this role:
Responsible for achieving sales quota for products within the defined territory. This will be done primarily via telephone calls, video calls, and emails to customers and by working directly with field sales and distributor counterparts within the defined territory
Drive and support client distributors in the territory
Provide clinical training and support for customers and distributors
Establish strong physician and clinician relationships
Demonstrate value-based and strategic selling skills in communications with customers
Launch new products in combination with the Marketing team in the territory
Regularly send promotional materials to customers electronically and in print format
Innovatively create new sales opportunities for company products
Provide support and fill in as necessary (i.e. trials, implementations, open territories, etc.) in territories as outlined by the manager
Any other duties as outlined by the manager
Skills and experiences that we seek:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required)
Ability to work within a team environment, to achieve agreed company goals

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a complex sales process that has clinical and financial customers

Maintain established core business hours with additional hours and weekends as warranted by project assignment, required travel, or business necessity
Proficiency in use of desktop software applications, such as MS Office, LMS, and CRM
Preferences:
Critical strategic thinking, and the ability to shape both the medium and longer-term strategy of the business
Strong financial acumen and ability to influence the financial customers
Strong clinical acumen
Geographic flexibility to move for this role or move to another region in a few years
Workplace Situation:
Hybrid WFH with in-office 3 days/week in downtown Chicago
