Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our Customer Service and Returns department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders and returns, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues, and uphold a seamless customer experience through effective communication with both external clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Process orders and returns promptly and accurately
Collaborate with various departments to address complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email
Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and transactions
Operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong preference for direct customer interaction
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
Ability to maintain professionalism and commitment to service excellence
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
