The Company is seeking a Head of E-commerce to lead and expand its digital business. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the e-commerce department to achieve ambitious growth targets, driving increased revenue opportunities, and elevating the brand's presence on direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms. This role involves providing leadership and direction to multiple teams, developing and implementing new processes to improve e-commerce operations, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance the brand's DTC sales.
