**Summary    **

As a Knowledge Technology Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day administration of databases and legal technology platforms for the Knowledge department, particularly as it relates to triaging user support requests; facilitating communications with users, other departments and vendors; maintaining detailed and accurate documentation; and, updating user-facing content.

**Location   **

This position can be remote.

**Responsibilities  **

+ Resolve or escalate user issues and enhancement requests on supported systems.

+ Create and maintain documentation related to general department operations, trouble-shooting protocols, enhancements and upgrades to supported systems, and contractual details with our vendors.

+ Regularly follow-up with users to ensure satisfaction, including conducting regular surveys.

+ Support internal communications on behalf of the Knowledge department, which includes drafting announcements, updating content on the firm intranet (in SharePoint), and sending out reports to management.

+ As part of the Knowledge department – which includes Knowledge Technology, Knowledge Management, Research and Litigation Support – you will also have the opportunity to collaborate on other technology projects as part of our mission to help our lawyers practice smarter.

+ Performs other tasks as requested or assigned.

**Desired Skills   **

Must be creative, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills required, with a keen attention to detail. The ability to understand and clearly present complex data and instructions to varying audiences, both verbally and in writing, is critical.

**Minimum Education   **

+ High School or GED

**Preferred Education **

+ 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

**Minimum Years of Experience  **

+ 3 years’ experience in a project management, database administration and/or customer support position.

+ Experience must include at least one year providing technical training.

+ Experience in a law firm or legal software company preferred.

**Essential Job Expectations   **

+ Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed;

+ Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.

**Physical Demands   **

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $34.93 - $50.66 per hour. If hired to work in San Francisco or Palo Alto the expected pay range is $36.45 - $52.86 per hour. If hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, or Washington, D.C. the expected pay range is $33.41 - $48.46 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
