We are currently looking for an experienced Center Director to join our team. This position plays a key role in the Public Private Partnership between Poteet ISD and Fueling Brains. The incumbent will continuously collaborate with the Early Childhood Department in Fort Bend ISD to recruit, oversee, support, coach, and retain teachers at the academy. The Director will partner with the designated Fort BendISD faculty appraiser to uphold expectations for instructional planning & delivery, classroom management, professional responsibilities, required of District employee and Fueling Brains Academy staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Director supports the successful completion of work within the FBA program through fulfilling the following duties and responsibilities: Data and Records Management:Personnel Records: maintaining accurate attendance records, sign in/sign out, time off requests, medical leave of absences, etc. for FBA employees under their direct supervision as well as District teachers timekeeping records for CCL compliance.Personnel Documentation- retrieving and uploading to the necessary channels, all pertinent employment documents for payroll, human resources, and CCL compliance (personnel information record, affidavit, background check clearance, CPR/First Aid, identification records, education records, and training documentationTexas Rising Stars- guiding and supporting accurate record keeping for TRS compliance, including monitoring TECPDS account creation and providing reminders/support for uploading and maintaining documentation compliance Receipt reimbursements- tracking and monitoring out-of-pocket expenses, ensuring that proper documentation is submitted in a timely manner in line with payroll proceduresEvaluations and Performance Assessment records for BDA teachers under direct supervision Systematic processes in place to ensure timely renewal of certifications, upkeep of training records, and accurate personnel information records Student Records: Maintaining accurate attendance records, overseeing the implementation of 1Core attendance trackingEnrollment profile is compiled and meets all CCL compliance standards, including accurate admissions form, required signatures, and accompanying documentation (special diet, medical accommodations, media consent forms, incident/illness reports) Ensuring the accuracy of 1Core recordkeeping with real-time student attendance during the instructional day and aftercare program. Providing support and guidance when writing lesson plansOversee the collection of information and submission of Newsletter documentation, updates, and pictures Management of Operations: Maintaining current inspections, and regular building maintenance (actionable items identified in daily building and maintenance logs, ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed in a timely manner) Overseeing the processes and procedures of the daily operations- arrival/dismissal routines, active supervision of children (restroom, outdoor, classroom, cafeteria, etc), and the release policy of childrenFinances (billing) regular communication processes for collecting payments, notifying parents of aging balances, and accurate record keepingFinances (office/operational) communicating campus purchase needs to the correct channels, having systems in place for the regular submission of materials, and consumables needed for both office use and classroom use, as needed.
