The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments for goods and services rendered by the company. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and managing customer accounts.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation and Processing: Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Ensure invoices are accurate and include all necessary information.

Payment Collection: Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect payments and resolve any billing issues.

Process and record customer payments, ensuring proper application to accounts.

Account Management: Maintain and update customer files and records with current payment information.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Assist customers with setting up payment plans if needed.
