Responsibilities:
·Develop internal communications strategy including but not limited to leadership communications, employee engagement, and operational communications
·Maintain and improve company intranet operations and strategy
·Develop crisis communications strategies
·Collaborate cross functionally to drive employee engagement
·Stay updated on industry best practices to ensure the business maintains a competitive edge
·Mentor and lead a team of communications and creative employees
·Manage external communications including but not limited to public relations, media relations, press releases, and more
·Source and collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed
Qualifications:
·Minimum 10 years of communications experience
·Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
·Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
