About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Applications Marketing with a focus on product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and inbound sales development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, creating compelling messaging, and leading demand generation programs across various channels. This role demands an individual with a deep understanding of the cloud communications space, particularly in the areas of UCaaS, CCaaS, and API/CPaaS, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.Key responsibilities for the VP, Applications Marketing include collaborating with product management and sales teams, managing lead generation and nurturing processes, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. The role also involves leading a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' of experience in marketing leadership, a proven track record in product marketing, and expertise in partner/alliance GTM models. Advanced analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are required.
