ABOUT US
Trumpet Behavioral Health specializes in providing exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy. You will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
ABOUT YOU
You are available to work the following schedule:
All-Day Monday - Friday 8 AM- 5PM
Evening Monday - Friday 3 PM- 7 PM
Flex schedule 3 or more days/evenings Monday-Friday
You are at least 18 years of age
You can access reliable technology and an internet connection conducive to successful remote training
You have experience and are comfortable navigating hybrid training (remote and in-person)
You have experience working with children in any capacity and have a natural passion for serving others
You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
You have reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Colorado Springs, CO service area.
Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
ABOUT THE PERKS Pay $17.00-$23.50/hour with experience
