As a Sr. Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a team of four in benefits administration. You will be tasked with coordinating daily benefits processing, providing education and support to associates regarding the company's benefits, and engaging in full life cycle systems implementations. This includes requirements gathering, business process analysis, GAP analysis, defining solutions, recommending best business practices, UAT, data conversion, and migration.
Hard Skills

Work Environment
Join a lively team of four in a hybrid work setting. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and work in-office from Tuesday to Thursday.
