Stem Cell Transplant - Quality Program Manager Position

Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY The program manager is responsible for coordinating, planning and maintaining overall quality management for the Stem Cell Transplant Program. Will be responsible for the Foundation of Accreditation for Cellular Therapies (FACT) standard compliance and maintenance of the FACT accreditation program. Will also improve key processes, policies and procedures as they related to regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies (e.g.,Foundations for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), Federal Drug Administration (FDA), National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), The Joint Commission (TJC), etc.). Will be responsible for driving performance through data-driven approach and quality improvement programs that align with the organizational goals. The position will work with physicians, nursing leaders and quality staff to lead efforts.
Qualifications
Education/Qualification-
Master’s degree in related field of work required.
Preferred clinical degree and certification in healthcare or quality required.
3-5 years of related experience
Skills:
Required:
Strong knowledge of clinical processes and operations in the healthcare system.
Strong leadership and project management skills, proficiency in operations analysis and quality management
Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis, review statistical reports and identifying data needs
Proficiency in word, excel, and power powerpoint, tableau
