IT Operations Specialist
Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill an IT Operations Specialist role on a contract to hire basis. This is a hybrid role and requiresat least 1 day onsite per week. Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers and coordinate upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure best value and performance
Monitor vendor performance and manage vendor-related issues to ensure optimal service delivery
Audit existing Microsoft licenses to ensure compliance and optimal usage
Implement a plan for cleaning up and refreshing Microsoft licenses
Manage the procurement and renewal of Microsoft licenses
