The Opportunity The Senior Manager, Media will be responsible for leading all US digital and social heavy paid media execution in partnership with our agency team and global brand teams. This role will also support on all PR/Influencer event execution while partnering closely with the PR & Influencer managers. The manager will develop strong relationships with key beauty media, industry leaders and agencies while partnering internally and externally to drive digital and social media to enhance our brand positioning and build brand awareness/credibility in the US market for our brands.
What you'll get to do Design in partnership with internal teams and agencies Puig brands’ go to market strategies, leveraging consumer data and insights, Tribes based approach and an eye for cohesive planning across Paid, Owned and Earned media channels.
Collaborate with Brand Management teams and Global to ensure brand equity and storytelling is consistent, while developing plans to perform based on local needs.
Work to deliver best in class strategies for the USA market, campaign execution, reporting and analytics.
Identify marketplace trends and insights to help define and drive forward brand positioning.
Strong collaboration with other departments (Brand Management, Media, E-commerce) to drive overall business needs and keeping teams up to speed on support that can be expected.
Ownership of day-to-day budget executions with approval and alignment with Director and leadership.
Manage 2-3 direct reports.
Media:
Develop omni-channel media plans and lead execution in order to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability.
Understanding of all media channels from traditional (OOH, TV, Print) to digital (CTV/OLV, display, mobile, programmatic) to social/emerging channels (Meta, Snap, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, TikTok).
Experience with retailer specific media a plus (Macy’s Media Network, Ulta Beauty Media, Sephora Retailer Network, Nordstrom Media Network, Bloomingdale’s Media Network, etc).
Work hand in hand with the media agency on objectives and KPIs and challenge them on improving digital media efficiency.
Ensuring effective implementation in line with brand expectation based on global guidelines & requirements.
Support direct reports with campaign creative planning and trafficking.
Carry out post campaign analysis with the help of the Media Agency to measure and report. performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Financial planning, budget maintenance and allocation of funds across multi-media platforms. Oversight of POs & Invoice reconciliation.
Content & Events:
Lead content strategies: identification and request of specific local content needed (including the local retailers partners), alignment with marketing goals, to Global Brands teams, challenging them with new ideas to implement the local Digital Strategy.
Content shoots to be done in partnership with Global brands in order to enhance campaign creative. Work to book venues, production and see through full execution.
Management of local briefing documents, content approvals with global teams and feedback/alignment for talent.
Partnership with team for oversight on PR/Influencer brand events and experiences from project management, briefings, alignment with global, full execution, management of agencies, and post event reporting.

Minimum 5-6 Years of Digital Marketing experience.
Digital Media Agency experience highly preferred
Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across Paid, Owned and Earned channels.
Strong understanding of media data/research sources.
Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content, and stories.
Significant experience and a proven track record of executing digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis as a result.
Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partners.
Strong verbal skills. Innovative thinker and interested in first to market.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects at once.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
Positive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presence.
Compensation Data As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000- $135,000 annual. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
