The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $209,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. Information about benefits can be found here.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate is a validated Salesforce software engineer with excellent communication and partnership skills and the ability to multitask, innovate, and challenge conventional thinking.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
We are involved in crafting and building secure, highly scalable, and innovative Salesforce services in a continuous delivery model. This role will partner with leads and architects to deliver web services that are robust, architecturally sound, easily maintainable, and highly scalable for various Nike omni-channel service cloud experiences. Our focus areas include consumer experience, case management, and CRM.

You will work with a team of engineers, scrum masters, and product owners to envision and deliver innovative, detailed solutions that drive Nike, Inc.’s products and services to reach millions of consumers through the Nike brand.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development Experience
Strong technical capabilities and ability to give towards programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Test Class Development, and Coverage
Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and hands-on knowledge of writing custom web services.
Validated understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, and Force.com development standard methodologies
Working experience with Test Automation tools like JUnit, JEST, Selenium Web Driver, UTAM, etc.
Validated experience with DevOps standard processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, SFDX, etc.
Observability and Monitoring experience - using tools like Splunk, SignalFX, and other monitoring and logging platforms to assist in incident response and minimize system downtime
Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM
Experience with object-oriented programming and design, preferably Java
Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JSON, etc)
Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud offering
Salesforce Admin Skills and Familiarity – declarative automation tools
Experience in delivering software in the Agile Environment
Maintain Salesforce Development Standards
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to efficiently connect with both business and technical teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
A "self-starter" individual who takes initiative and is highly motivated to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, and achieve goals without constant supervision.
Encouraged to provide technical troubleshooting and product support daily.
Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
