Position Description: This role is a key member of the senior leadership
team charged with execution of the recently formed Nexplore to drive digital
innovation across both the ACS Group (including their sub groups and the
subsidiaries of Hochtief, CIMIC, Turner, Flatiron, Dragados, etc) internally
and externally to the broader construction market globally.
As Global Sales Director, Nexplore, you will have
the primary responsibility for the sale of new products developed within the
ACG Group via the creation and ongoing development of commercial partnerships,
new channels and overall sales management strategies. As this is a new role in
an early stage division there will also be a need to develop sales systems and
processes. The North American market will be the primary focus initially. This role
may in the future also include mergers and acquisitions activity.
Location: Position can be performed from any U.S company office location with opportunity for remote work.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Develop Go-To-Market Strategies and Sales Plans by
Product for both national and international sales growth of key products
as they are being released
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships
(internal & external) to facilitate new channel development and
sales growth as per agreed budgets
Develop and support of the ICT
strategic roadmap
Adherence to the Common Business Systems and
Innovation prioritization process across the Group
Support of the Group Business Systems
Governance process and compliance
Monitor and report performance against
targets and indicators
Develop, manage and achieve annual sales
targets
Execute and implement strategic, operational, financial and annual plans and budgets
Support the continuous improvement of the ICT Solution, seek ways to improve
Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and information within own function and with internal clients
Leads the Sales Team to ensure successful team
outcomes in relation to achieving budgeted sales success
Lead and coordinate the Business Development
and Sales Management Systems requirements and interface across the Group
Operating Companies
Ongoing Develops of the personal resources within
their control to ensure the creating of a highly skilled and successful Sales
Team across Nexplore
Coach and influence Senior leaders without
direct management supervision of support roles
Find, develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
Understand key stakeholder needs and manage expectations to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes
Provide professional and timely advice to internal and external clients
Demand
management of new requirements and setting realistic expectations with
clients
Achieve agreed sales budget targets across various channels, markets, geographies - direct and via channels
Build collaborative partnership solution with IDD Tech globally
Meeting stakeholder requirements
Reporting & communication to key management for effective decision making
Implementation of agreed programs
Qualifications:
Degree in Information and Communications Technology, Business or other related field
At least
5 years' relevant experience in a similar Sales Leadership role
Experience in developing and executing new go-to-market strategies nationally and internationally - both internally and externally
Proven relationship management skills, including the ability to influence across multiple levels and across business units and divisions
A solid understanding of systems and digital technology
Strong commercial acumen and managing to a strict annual budget
Experience working in public companies or enterprise level companies, preferably with global Ops
Experience with government divisions
Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
Parent company - subsidiary exposure
Demonstrated track record with business case development
Experience working with off-shore and outsourcing
Proven experience in reporting and communication
Leadership and influencing skills with sound judgement
Understanding
of and experience in effective change management
Exceptional Sales Management, Sales Process, and Business Development skills
Limited International Travel Required on an as need basis
