Our sales recruiting organization is looking for our next Recruiting Coordinator in our HQ - San Mateo, CA office!
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Verkada, you will partner with the Recruiting and Leadership teams across the business to organize calendars, schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates and own candidate experience during our hiring process. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!
Please note that this role is on-site in our San Mateo office and there is not an opportunity for hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities
High volume of interview scheduling, travel arrangements for candidates and onsite candidate management.
Deliver a high quality candidate experience - give white glove experience to all who interview with us.
Develop relationships with Recruiting and leadership teams across the country to collaborate during the hiring process.
Partner closely with Sales Recruiters to effectively schedule every step of the interview process.
Track and document candidate communications and scheduling throughout our tech stack; ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools + systems (GoodTime, Sendoso, Google suite).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.0-2 years of transferable experience and skills - recruiting or sales related is a plus!
Presents well, maintains professionalism, has natural conversations, shows drive and potential for long-term success on the team and Verkada.
Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start-up environment.
Experience managing multiple internal priorities in a time sensitive matter.
Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail - commitment to excellence, follow through and consistent results.
