Basic desktop PC support and troubleshooting
This position requires its responsibilities to be carried out with minimal supervision. A successful Specialist will be able to prioritize multiple support issues while remaining calm under pressure. Occasional off-hours support for project-based work may be required.

Bachelor’s degree
General understanding of equities trading/equities markets
Knowledge of trading lingo and mechanics
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to balance competing priorities under pressure
Willingness and desire to advance technical skills
Team success-oriented attitude and positive demeanor
Self-starter with logical problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Preferred/Optional Skillset
Prior experience as a trader or in a trading support role strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of advanced trading software functionality
Proprietary/Retail brokerage operations experience
Windows Server / Linux System Administration
OpenVPN, SonicWall GVC or Fortinet firewalls
Cisco switch administration
Scripting and automation (preferably with Python and/or PowerShell)
