Salary Range: $75,000-$140,000 per year (Base + Commission + Performance Bonus)

McKee Woodcraft LLC is seeking an outgoing, driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to expand our client base in the residential and multi‑family construction sectors. This full‑time, hybrid role is ideal for a self‑starter who understands the value of custom carpentry and has connections within the builder, architect, and design communities. Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets.

Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, interior designers, custom home builders, and homeowners.

Represent McKee Woodcraft at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

Work with estimators to prepare customized client proposals that reflect our craftsmanship and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Maintain and update CRM with leads, interactions, and sales activities.

Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.

Ongoing reporting to owner and director of operations regarding scheduled activity.

Qualifications

2+ years in business development, sales, or client relations (construction, design, or carpentry industry preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Self‑driven, motivated, and results‑oriented.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network within construction/design sectors.

Knowledge of trim carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, and cabinetry.

Familiarity with residential and multi‑family sales cycles.
