**Position Summary:**
The Associate Instrument Servicing Technician is a member of a team that supports the servicing and routine maintenance on surgical instruments by performing repair procedures and testing to ensure instruments comply with drawing and manufacturing requirements; documenting servicing activities, as well as executing packing, labeling and inventory transactions.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Possesses good verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing -preferred
+ Basic proficiency with MS office software, management software and ability to navigating the internet.
+ Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, iso 13485
**Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires less than a year of related experience - Preferred
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
**Travel and/or Physical Demands:**
The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
+ Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
+ Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
+ Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus.
