**Customer Service Representative**

* Input data from inbound documentation into GPIT TOS(s).

* Input Customer releases for outbound shipment into GPIT TOS(s)

* Generate spreadsheet reports, if needed

* Maintain communication with internal team members (Customer Service)

* Must have strong organizational and communication skills

* Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

* Ability to adjust to change and work with a team

* Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information in Microsoft Office systems and GPIT TOS(s)

* Maintains data entry requirements by following Customer Service process and procedures

* Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

* Additional responsibilities, as required.

Customer Service Representatives will be held accountable for the following.

**Measures of Effectiveness & Performance (Consistency, accuracy, completeness, & timeliness)**

**Definitions:**

**Consistency:** All data across Datex/CommTrac/Traffic Report/files/work orders is the same no contradictions

**Accuracy:** All data within DATEX/CommTrac corresponds to reality

**Completeness:** All available data for each Customer is in DATEX/CommTrac

**Timeliness:** All data entries represent a reality within the allowed period

**Watco Greensport Data Entry MOEs/MOPs**

- Data across all systems is reviewed for consistency the same information

- Consistently performs Data Entry tasks with an error rate equal to or less than 5%.

- Consistently performs routine Data Entry tasks within 12 working hours of receipt, performs urgent Data Entry tasks within 1 working hour.

- Must remain available to CSR team during all normal business hours, except when on approved absence or vacation.

- Improve Customer Satisfaction through consistent, timely, and accurate Data Entry.

- Proven ability to complete all Data Entry tasks without supervision.
